Join us for the second instalment of our River Sips series, featuring The Paris Beer Company — a family-run brewery rooted in the heart of Paris, Ontario. With seven generations of farming behind them, The Paris Beer Co.'s Edgar family grow their own hops and rye locally, carrying a deep commitment to sustainable agriculture into every pint they brew.
Hear from Meghan Edgar as she shares how her family's passion for the land and co-founder Christian Von Der Heide's expert brewing techniques came together to create beer that goes beyond the craft movement—intentional, masterly, and full of character.
The evening will also include live musical entertainment.
