WAIT STAFF
Do you enjoy working with the public or want more experience in the hospitality industry? Our meal is served banquet style on board our 3 dinner cruise boats. Wait staff will be required to assist in setting up tables, plating and serving the meal, clearing tables, washing dishes, bartending (if over 18).

Various shifts between 11 a.m. and 9 p.m. Tuesday to Sunday.

COOK
We are looking for someone to help prepare our famous roast beef dinner for our cruses. Must work well unsupervised, have excellent mulit-tasking skills and have a knack for preparing tasty gravy. Will train the right person if no professional experience but cooking in large quantities is an asset. Our meals are prepared in our kitchen on shore and taken on our boats to be served banquet style.

BAKER
Prepare baked bread and desserts in large quantities for our dinner cruises. Must work well unsupervised and have excellent mulit-tasking skills. Will train the right person if no professional experience.

BOAT CAPTAIN
Ideal for a semi-retired/retired person who enjoys working with the public and the outdoors. The boat captain provides a narration during the cruise while safely piloting the boat and dealing directly with customers and crew. You must enjoy public speaking, work well as a team and be prepared to work under pressure. A rewarding and fulfilling position for someone who is looking for a longstanding summer seasonal position.

Boating experience on a pleasure craft is ideal however practical, first aid and marine safety training will be provided before becoming certified with Transport Canada.

Shifts can vary from 11 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.; 4:00 p.m to 8:00 p.m or 11 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.

RECEPTIONIST
The receptionist is the first contact with our customers by taking reservations/inquiries over the phone and by email, checking-in customers before boarding cruises and assisting cash in our Dockside Cafe & Marketplace. Ideal for someone who is organized, enjoys working with the public and as a team or someone looking for more customer service experience
