Do I have to make reservations? Yes! We require reservations for all cruises. We always suggest booking as soon as you have a date in mind. Call 800-847-3321 to reserve.
Where do you cruise? We cruise along a 20 km section of the lower Grand River between Caledonia and Brantford. Our boats depart from and return to the same location which is 7 km west of Caledonia.
Do you cruise if it is raining? Yes, our boats are completely enclosed.
Are your boats wheelchair accessible? Yes, please let us know when reserving so we can arrange seating.
Are your boats licensed ? Yes. Each boat is licensed under the L.C.B.O. to serve alcohol and inspected annually by Transport Canada.
Are your boats air-conditioned? No, however they are well ventilated.
Do you have menu substitutions? We can substitute the roast beef portion with pasta or chicken. We can accommodate almost any dietary restriction if we have advance notice. All substitutions must be ordered at least 24 hours prior to cruise.
Is our table reserved or do we have to get there early to sit together? Your table(s) will be reserved for you ahead of time and your captain will show you to your table(s) upon boarding your boat. Groups of 7 or more will be sitting at separate tables but will in the same area next to each other. Please note that it is general seating in our auditorium for “The Blazing Fiddles” Show.
Are there washroom facilities on the boat? Yes , there are 2 washrooms on the boat with 1 being wheelchair accessible.
Is there a dress code? No, but most customers dress smart casual. We suggest to dress for the weather (sweaters in the cooler weather and cool, comfortable clothing in humid weather). Our boats are not air conditioned however you might need a sweater when sitting outside on the promenade deck.
Is there smoking allowed? No, there is no smoking allowed inside the dining area or outside on the deck
