We are a family run business, since 1978, and our 2019 season runs from May 21 to October 6. We are looking for reliable and hard-working people who want to be part of a team that creates a memorable experience.
Wait Staff - (11 a.m. -4 p.m./3:30 p.m.-10 p.m.) Serve meal banquet style on boats. Must work well as a team, enjoy talking with people, and have good multi-tasking skills. Must be available to work until the end of our season (Oct. 6). All ages are welcome to apply.
Boat Captain - 2-3 day/week (11 a.m.-4 p.m/4p.m.-10 p.m) Must enjoy public speaking and work well as a team and under pressure. This position will include extensive practical training this season before becoming certified with Transport Canada. Ideal for semi-retired/retired person.
Cook - 2-3 days/week from 7 a.m. to 1 p.m. Prepare a roast beef menu served banquet style (mashed potatoes, gravy, roast beef, salad, vegetables) . Must work well independently and have good time-management skills. Will train the right person if no professional experience but must have personal experience cooking for larger groups (family/church/etc.)
Baker - 2-3 days/week from 6 a.m. to Noon Prepare pies and bread from scratch that is served on our cruises. Will train the right person if no professional experience but must have some personal baking experience.
Receptionist - 2-3 days/week from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Take reservations by phone and email and assist in checking in customers. Will train the right person if no professional experience but must have excellent customer service and computer grammar skills.
